Today I walk into a Market called Oceana Market here in Pacifica California. I look for Meat and Beer while I record myself with my iPhone loaded with the Auphonic App recommended to me by Michael Butler. I found plenty of Grass-Fed Beef from Humboldt CA. A nice whole Organic Grass-Fed Chicken from Nebraska, and two racks of Baby Back Ribs from Niman Ranch (not to be confused with the real BN aka Bill Niman Ranch)
